This has led to Educating Hairstylist about Hair Cutting, Styling & Bridal Hair,Coloring with some of the top professional beauty brands in the world. Ive been a Full Time Cutting Educator for Regis, Brand Educator for Wella, Sebastian, Nioxin & GHD
My tenure in the industry and passion for education, has allowed me to gain insight that expands to my clients behind the chair. From Couture Haircolor, Hair Extensions, Bridal Hair & Makeup to Precision Hair Cutting to curating further education for my Hair Tactics team, I love all aspects. We at Hair Tactics continue to express our unique craft and focus to always improve our talent.
Working with mass market, one owner and multi-unit salons has allowed me to encompass real world corporate organization with team oriented proven small business strategies. I continue to network within the industry to gain business ideas and reach goals. This allows me to provide my clients and my team with the service and experience they deserve and cherish.

Hi, I'm Gitella, one of the founding partners here at Hair Tactics. I bring over 20 years in accounting and business management to our team. I've helped build this business from the ground up alongside Brenda over the past decade. As Integrator, I keep our operations and finances on track. You might not see me at the front desk, but I'm working behind the scenes to help your visit go smoothly from start to finish. What I love most is supporting our team of talented artists, so they can focus on their craft while taking great care of you.

I’ve been in the beauty industry my whole life! Lashing is my passion, and over the years I’ve earned multiple certifications in different styles of lash artistry and became a lash educator, teaching both the fundamentals and artistry behind lash extensions.
Along with lashes, I offer esthetic services including microneedling, dermaplaning, waxing, brow tinting, lash lifts, and more. I’m also continuing my education in paramedical tattooing, with a focus on scar and stretch mark revision and areola restoration.
I love that this industry allows me to keep learning, creating, and helping people feel more confident in their own skin. Whether you’re here for lashes, skin, or something in between, my goal is for you to relax, feel comfortable, and leave feeling your best.

Hi, I’m Emma! I’ve been a hairstylist for 11 years and my passion lies in creating customized looks that make my clients feel their best. I specialize in balayage, highlights, lived-in color, vivid transformations, and color corrections. I also love working with thicker hair textures and bringing long heavy hair to life by adding movement through creative layering techniques.
One of my favorite parts of this job is building genuine connections with my guests. Whether you’re up for a lively conversation filled with laughs or prefer a quiet, relaxing appointment, I’m happy to make your experience exactly what you need.
I’m consistantly seeking opportunities to further my education for cut and color classes to bring even more advanced knowledge to my clients. My goal is to craft a look that’s not only flattering but uniquely you.

I first specialized in Hair coloring and cutting. Several years ago I became facinated with healthy skin. I was introduced to YonKa skin care. I have extensive training in all things skin.
